Return Policy

You can return your items for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable and the return shipping/handling fees are the responsibility of and paid for by the consumer.

For a full refund, all returns require the following:

• Original Packaging
• Original Condition
• Order number 
• Name of purchaser
• Date of purchase

Starfish Project Inc. warrants all our products to be free from defect in design, material and workmanship (under normal use) for one year from original purchase date. 

Purchases made through a third party vendor must be returned through that vendor.
